Welcome to the English Language Center (ELC) at California International University and more than 30 years of excellence in English language instruction. The English language center offers a language program that prepares international students for study in undergraduate or graduate programs at American universities and success in the workplace. The program is designed for international students with little proficiency, as well as more advanced speakers.
